Training Data Download Guidance

Where Lyssn Liasisons/Administrators go to access MI Training data for all users.

  • After logging into your Lyssn account you will select the Training Data Dashboard Admin panel.
  • Select the training content for which you would like to download data.
  • Next, click on the Download Data link in the upper right corner of the page.
    A .csv file will be downloaded to your local Downloads folder on your computer.
