      Record Audio Sessions using an iPhone

      This guidance is for recording audio only files from your iPhone and uploading the saved audio file to your Lyssn account

      Record audio only using the native/iPhone recording app (Voice Memos). 

      • When recording is complete, select the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the file. 
      • Then select "Save to Files". 
      • You will then use your iPhone browser  (safari) to log into your Lyssn account.
      • Select the client your recording is associated with, then select "upload". 
      • You will "Browse" for the recording, which will allow you to select "Files". 
      • You should see the file name of the audio recording.
      • Select that file and it will proceed with uploading. 
      • Finally, select "Done". 

      A few things to note: You will need a data connection (Cellular or wifi) to complete this upload to Lyssn. You cannot view the session via your iPhone on your lyssn account. To view the session content (e.g. transcript or report), you will need to access Lyssn on a laptop or desktop computer.

      NOTE: Recording "In-person" or "telehealth" sessions via iPhone from your Lyssn account is not yet compatible.
