Training Data Download Guidance

After logging into your Lyssn account you will select the View Training Insights tile on your landing page.
Select the training content for which you would like to download data from the content button at the top of the page (e.g., MI, CBT Fundamentals, etc.).
Next, click on the Download Data link in the upper right corner of the page.
From this dropdown menu, select the data you would like to download.
- Skills Metrics provides a csv file with all user responses to training vignettes
- Time in Training provides a csv file with user login dates and the number of minutes spent within Lyssn
.csv files will be downloaded to your local Downloads folder on your computer.
