Does Lyssn have Single Sign On/Enterprise Sign On capability?

Lyssn can integrate with your organization's sign on authentication process to create a seamless login for your users.

OVERVIEW

Programs on the Lyssn platform can utilize traditional username/password credentials specific to the platform or configure Single-Sign-On (SSO).

For larger organizations using Lyssn, we recommend utilizing SSO. This method allows organizations to use their pre-existing identity management system (Azure AD, etc.) to grant users access to the Lyssn platform.

Either sign-in method - traditional or SSO - can utilize bulk account creation or pre-provisioning through the Lyssn administrator user interface.

Lyssn can also allow a program to use a “mixed login” strategy. This strategy enables users in your user management system to utilize SSO, while users not in your system can use traditional login.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER

Customers wishing to utilize SSO must have an identity provider within their organization’s technical infrastructure. A technical specialist will be needed to configure the configuration's endpoints and/or keys. Note that pre-provisioning is required for SSO user seats.

While we do not currently support SCIM provisioning, we are working on it and hope to have it available in the second half of 2025.

RESPONSIBILITY OF LYSSN

Lyssn offers the following configurations “out-of-the-box”:

  • OAuth 2.0 with PKCE and SAML
  • SAML Integration with AzureAD or EntraAD
  • SAML Integration with Okta, OneLogin, etc.

Currently, the SSO configuration set-up is hands-on for both Lyssn and the customer. Coming in the second half of 2025, customers will be able to delegate a “Developer Administrator” who can set up one or more SSO configurations through a specialized Lyssn User Interface.

If a flow or configuration is not currently included, please contact Lyssn Support or your point of contact with Lyssn to discuss expanding support.
