Reset Your Password, but Still Can’t Log In?

Browsers save previously used information in a process called caching. This is designed to speed up your browsing experience and usually works well, but it can occasionally cause problems. If you have successfully reset your password but are having trouble logging back in, caching may be the cause.

Let's clear your browser's Lyssn cache:

• Navigate to the Lyssn login page

• Click on the tuning icon that is directly to the left of the web address in the navigation bar
  

• Click "Cookies and site data", then  "Manage on-device site data"

• Click the trash can icon on the right-hand side of the row labeled as "lyssn.io"

• Click "Done"

After following the steps above, you'll notice a banner across the top of the page that instructs you to reload the page for settings to take effect. Either reload using the icon on the upper left-hand side of the address bar, of click the "Reload" button in the notification banner.
