How to Record Audio-Only Sessions using your iPhone or iPad

You can record audio sessions using your iphone/ipad Voice Memo app.

Select the Voice Memo app on your iphone or ipad
Following the apple support guidance, begin recording your session
When your session recording is complete, select the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the audio file
Then select "Save to Files"
You will then use your iphone Safari browser to log into your Lyssn account
Select the client your recording is associated with, then select "upload"
You will "Browse" for the recording, which will allow you to select "Files"
You should see the file name of the audio recording. Select that file and it will proceed with uploading
Finally, select "Done".

A few things to note:

You will need a data connection (Cellular or wifi) to complete the audio file upload to your Lyssn account
You cannot view the session in your lyssn account via your iphone
To review the uploaded session and the associated metrics, you will need to access your Lyssn account via a laptop or desktop computer.
