How do I use Lyssn Roleplays?

This article will walk you through the workflow for Lyssn's roleplay function.

Navigate to Conversations

  • Log into the Lyssn platform and click on the Quality Improvement (QI) tile.
  • This is the standard area you traditionally use for Quality Improvement (QI) recording and uploads.

Select “My Roleplays” in the upper left corner.

  

 

 The page will be blank and you will need to select either “Upload Recording” or “Start New Session” on the right side.

 

Once you have added a session, you will see it labeled in rows with the date and duration.

 

  

To view your roleplay analytics, click the “View Analytics” link in the upper left corner.

  • By navigating to View Analytics, you will see that all uploaded roleplays automatically bucket into a single, standardized "patient/client" profile.
      
  • This keeps roleplay data separate from real client interactions so it doesn't skew your actual proficiency metrics.
  • Use the updated X-axis (which is now time-based) to visualize and track your roleplay skill progression over time. You can change the Y-axis to track different conversational metrics.
