How do I get continuing education credits with Lyssn training?

Lyssn can provide American Psychological Association (APA) Continuing Education Credits for MI, CBTp, MCO, CBTf, DBT, & SP

HOW TO GET CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS: 
Congratulations, you’ve completed your Lyssn training! You’re ready for the final knowledge quiz, and then continuing education credits. The following steps will take you through our current procedure:

1. Take a screenshot of your completed dashboard for the trainings you wish to submit for CEs.
2. Attach your screenshot(s) in an email to ce@lyssn.io. Use the subject line: APA CEs - LYSSN.IO [YOUR NAME] [LYSSN TRAININGS COMPLETED]. Please indicate in the body of the email when you completed the training, and your Lyssn username.

3.    Send the email! We will reply within 1-2 business days (unless our office is closed for a holiday). You will receive a link to a knowledge test and a course evaluation form. If you complete the knowledge test with 80% accuracy or better, you will immediately receive a certificate of completion. If you do not score an 80% or better, we ask that you revisit the training.
4.    If you need to revisit the training, and would like to take the knowledge test again, please send us an email with your screenshot(s) of your completed trainings, and indicate that you would like a new link to the quiz.
5.    If you have any questions or concerns regarding continuing education, please reach out to
