Change passwords for your Lyssn users

This guidance document will take you through steps to manually change password for users within your Lyssn program.

  1. Select the Manage Accounts and Conversations tile on your landing page. This will take you to a list of your users (e.g. providers, counselors, caseworkers. etc.).
    1. If you don't have a Manage Accounts and Conversations tile, you do not have admin capability and should reach out to your main Lyssn contact at your organization
  2. Select a user from the list on the left side of the page beneath the search field to begin changing their password.

  4. In the pop-up window, select the Change Password button at the bottom of the window.
  5. In the New Password box, enter a password and re-enter the same password into the Confirm New Password box. Then click Update.
  6. Select the Done button at the bottom of the pop-up window to complete the password change.
  7. This password change is manual and users will not receive any email notification that the password has changed. The final step is to communicate the new password to your user.
