Change passwords for your Lyssn users
This guidance document will take you through steps to manually change password for users within your Lyssn program.
- Select the Manage Accounts and Conversations tile on your landing page. This will take you to a list of your users (e.g. providers, counselors, caseworkers. etc.).
- If you don't have a Manage Accounts and Conversations tile, you do not have admin capability and should reach out to your main Lyssn contact at your organization
- Select a user from the list on the left side of the page beneath the search field to begin changing their password.
- Select the Edit button in the upper right corner.

- In the pop-up window, select the Change Password button at the bottom of the window.
- In the New Password box, enter a password and re-enter the same password into the Confirm New Password box. Then click Update.
- Select the Done button at the bottom of the pop-up window to complete the password change.
- This password change is manual and users will not receive any email notification that the password has changed. The final step is to communicate the new password to your user.
